While there’s much to be said about emotional insecurities, there’s little in the way that teaches you how to create emotional securities and one of the ways we can accomplish this is by thinking. Thinking is the root cause of all our emotions and as we allow different thoughts to enter our minds if we play or dance with these individual thoughts for a certain amount of time they will create certain emotions.
The thoughts aren’t necessarily real, and in most cases, they aren’t and need no real observation or we shouldn’t be led by them. In most cases, they are words, suggestions, and ideas we gathered along the way and we are are following something, not of our own.
Since our emotions are constantly swayed each moment virtually by the images and thoughts we hold it might be a good idea to spend a few minutes each day observing these repetitive thinking ways. What you will discover is that most of them will fall away because they’re not really in the first place, I mean they aren’t a reality in your current life.
Those thoughts that do remain are usually that of good things which bring good and positive emotions with them. Emotions are the indicator that what your thinking and believing are a match, it doesn’t mean once again that they are real, only your inviting them into your world.
Thoughts create that’s why our emotions and expressions always follow them, to eliminate much of the constant emotional roller-coaster it would be a good idea to start the day off with a quieted mind. What this does is start you off with a good emotional balance, one where you can see things as they really are without being pulled in many different directions.
Meditation is a great way to begin your day because it eliminates the worrisome and constant threats of fearful thinking and emotional imbalances. To be secure in what and who you are requires daily practice because every day we go out into the world we meet many things that if not noticed and caught in time can cause erratic and wavering emotions and actions.
Our emotions are driven by our thoughts, but the thoughts can be eliminated or reduced by staying grounded and in touch with understanding your life’s purpose. We can clearly recognize that what we allow into our minds dictate our emotions and behaviors, and it can also be a warning or wake-up call which lets us know which direction we’re heading.
When your emotions are secure and solid it means you’ve somewhat eliminated or left behind the ideas and beliefs which have held you hostage and hijacked your emotions. To be secure doesn’t mean you don’t have challenges, quite the contrary, it means in the face of everything you still internally remain emotionally solid and intact within.
This means you’ve identified the thoughts which have separated you from your true state of being which is happiness and joy. In discovering this secret your set to march out into the world in peace and with a knowing that all things are serving you in every way.
This is the biggest and the most effective thing you will have to overcome in your journey towards a very solid and stable emotional balance because it means you’re no longer guided by outside or others thoughts. Its a sign that you’ve grown and mature in understanding you and in doing so you eliminate the need to act in ways contrary to your own inner guidance system and emotions.
